Thank god this didn't happen in Chicago etc...

Great story, maybe those SOB's will straighten up now and not have to be shot by an assault rifle again

All this talk about lawyers for the perps is so disconcerting. This is why every State needs to have Castle doctrine so homeowners ( and drivers ) can protect themselves without fear of lawsuits. Sadly, I live in NJ and we have no CCW and no Castle doctrine.

I think it sad that ATF, FBI and the media always refer to them as assault rifles when in fact almost all are not .
According to both Depts the legal definition of an assault rifle is one capable of select fire or in other words a machine gun capable of full automatic fire .
I doubt very much the gun used was of this type.
It was most likely a high capacity semi automatic rifle but that doesn't sound so evil does it ?

Hope the family comes out on top...

Unlike the guy that fell thru the roof trying to break in.. cut himself when he landed on the center island in the kitchen with a knife that wasn't stored properly... sued the family and won... crazy huh?

If the glove don't fit!

In a world without superheros... the question is never: did u do it?
It's always: how much money do u have? Can u afford for me to "get" you off?
