I found a pair Tecknic pants. By problem is that I am short and workout religously. I have to buy size 34 pant to accommadate my leg thickness. My question is can a good tailor modify the pants so that the knee armor falls over the knee? My inseam is 27-28 were the Tecknic pants are 31.5.
