Tail Section Hardware Question

[V-Max 2 Busa]

I bought my Busa used and there appears to be missing hardware that holds the tail section in place, this is the same mounting location as for the grab bar. All that is there are the four rubber grommets, it would appear that there should be washers with a sleeve and botls, I went to the dealer and got the washers but the sleeves seem to be too long, I'm thinking that these are for use with the grab bar so my question is ... are there different sizes of the sleeved washers? one for the grab bar and one for without? And what about the bolts? same or different? Dealer parts guy really didn't seem to be much help, I found a pic online that shows the washers I'm referring too, item #19, odd that it dosen't show a bolt.

4 bolts. only 2 have washers. if u remove the grab bar they come with. i am sure someone here can get u what u need or point u n the right direction.

Part Number: 09103-08373 (bolts #24 in pic) Same size and thread as a rear caliper bolt. $1.75/ea at bikebandit.com.
