The tach on my 2003 busa is irratic. The tach was not working at all when i picked the bike up from the dealer brand new.They kept the bike and said it was a loose wire.That worked for a day or so then the needle started to jump all over while cruising at a steady speed the tach will flutter and the needle will bounce all over.(engine speed stays the same)
The dealer says it could be some loose bolts???wants to check it.I think it is the signal from the ECU or the step motor or dash itself.Anybody ever hear of this? HELP!!! it is Warranty
