T.R.E. / XTASY PERF. MODULE

OK guys. I'm a serious gearhead, but kinda new to the perf. bike game. Bought my Busa from my baby brother, she's got a yoshi full exhaust, dyno jet power commander, xtasy perf. module, and a T.R.E. My brother and his lil friend said they re-mapped it, but HAS NOT BEEN DYNO'D (duhhh, dummies). Anyhow, it just doesn't feel like it should, and at an idle, if you crack it, it falters for a split sec. I know I need the dyno, but I don't notice a diff when I flip the switch on the xtasy. So the bottom line is, what's with the xtasy and TRE and do i need them? Thanks up front!
