swingarm, shock clearence

I have a +16 240 arm on my 03 busa. when i built it 8 month's ago i noticed the shock was touching the swingarm, so i put a strut on it.. I got sick of the strut last week, and i bought a air ride kit for it. Will the air ride deflated the tire sits on the tail. I tried switching the lower link to the shortest hole but the shock stops it mid hole. So i have to keep the lowering links in the middle hole.

Now i have seen where people are using a 600 knuckle, Does this work??

i have a 300 kit with an 8" - 10" over and i replaced my stock spring with a 1400 lbs spring....works perfect.
