Swingarm Crush Sleeve

Have a new Trac Dynamics swingarm and doesn't come with the crush sleeve/spacer I need to install it. I got rid of my stock arm a long time ago otherwise I'd take them from there. Where can I find these? Any body have them for sale?

So I have this swingarm. How do I determine if it's for Gen 1 or a Gen 2 Busa? Is there something I can measure or some other identifying feature?
