Ok, i'm prepping my core swingarm for the chrome exchange by removing the bearings.
I've got the main swingarm bearings out no problem. The smaller dogbone bearings are the problem. I can't figure how to remove them.
Do they require a special puller or removal tool?
If so, give me the heads up where to buy it and i'll buy the tool.

Help!

a special tool does make it easier. Althou ,they are cheap enuff if you just want to pound them out with a long punch or something and replace them.

OK, have re read title a little better this time.
GM, have them pressed out at a shop, the bearing you are describing is a real nasty one to get out. Don't waste yer time on it.

If you want to forge ahead, put the heat to it. The alluminum will heat faster that the steel bearing and make it easier to get out,but because of where that lil monkey is situated,it can be a real drag to get out.

good advice on the heat... that will help a ton!!!
