I'm turning to the board as I struck out at the Suzukin parts counter.
I dropped my 'busa back in the fall. result was essentially cosmetic except that it appears that it struck something that went through the fairing opening on the left side where you can see the radiator temperature sensor and impacted both the sensor and the cage surrounding the cooling fan.
long story short, the plastic connector that attaches to the temp sensor took some impact and shattered. the connection I'm talking about is covered by the rubber boot at the upper left corner of the radiator just above the cooling fan.
Suzuki does not have a part # for this plastic connector.
anyone know where this connector can be purchased. believe it or not the parts guy indicated my only option was to buy a complete wire harness to get the connector !
