Supercharged B-king Build

I like, can you give us any numbers on the performance?

I posted a dyno video a page or two back. It made 260whp on a super conservative tune.
I will take one of these.... must be a blast to ride
ive never ridden a Bking before this. I will say that I’ll be actively looking to buy one here shortly.

Performance wise, hands down for sub 300hp daily commuter bike, I would never do a turbo on anything of my own.

Because boost is instant, and the bike has such a broad flat torque curve it actually feels faster then a 300hp turbo bike under 130mph.

A little update. I’m in the process of building a methanol tank for the bike right now. Since there’s hardly any space in the tail for the large pump, and a tank with any sort of capacity I had to get creative.

My solution was to build a tank that also housed the pump in its own cavity external to the methanol but still housed in the same unit for a clean look. I always love a good challenge, specially if it involves fabricating.

Tank should be done tomorrow other then waiting of a few weld bungs for the feed and vent lines. Other then that, I have to mount and wire the controller, as well as remove the supercharger to weld the bung on to the charge pipe for the meth nozzle. I hope to have it on the dyno by the weekend.

I’ve been around a lot of (and own one myself) Procharged cars and have to say you’ve got some mad skills packaging everything on a bike! The methanol is great for cooling and gives you a little more octane as well. We run E85 up in MN but you need a hell of a fuel system to run it at high HP.

Thank you, I really appreciate that.

I’m very familiar with E85 as I run it in my race cars. I’d like to tune this on E85 just to see how much it picks up. But we’re already almost out of injector right now.

Really good looking fabrication and welding workmanship on your projects.
As a craftsman yourself, you have to appreciate the work these guys do.

Oh yeah, that’s some good work there. I’ve built a few sets of headers for my LS mustang and it’s a bit of a challenge. The import builders are really good at those equal length schedule 10 turbo manifolds. Over the winter I’m going to try my hand at one on my SR swapped S13 when I put the billet 35R on it.

He’s the set I’m finishing up for my mustang.

Ran it on the dyno today. With the SAME boost level, by adding methanol it picked up 30 whp. I have a bigger pulley for it, but decided against it. Making almost 300hp is creeping up on the limits of stock pistons and rods. I had to up the meth jet to keep the afr in check. So being as it’s spraying enough meth to drown a infant, I decided to leave the boost alone. Keep in mind it takes HP to spin the blower, so where it’s at power wise shouldn’t be an issue.

Well guys for those of you that were following this tread my B king is finally home
Thanks to Boosted cycle perf!
Now she has earn her real name BOOST KING!! how was intended from factory she's a beast and wants to pull my arm's out of their sockets every time I twist the throttle!
I'll post some pictures later of the finish product.
And if you guys need Boosted reliable bike conttac Rob at Boosted cycle perf.
