Super-Short stroke crank

Has anyone had a super short-stroke crank made? I'm looking at 45.6mm to make 940cc in order to run supercharged in a 1600cc class (with a 1.7 factor for boost)
The reason I'd like to stay with the 'busa, rather than going for a Gixxer (or similar) as a base motor, is for the stronger tranny and general robustness, I already have 'busa engine as a base, dry sump system etc etc.
Plus, with stock pistons in a GenII running the same deck clearance I'd end up with 9.07:1 CR, which should be about where I'd like to be.
Also, what issues have people had with valve trains and cam chain running very high rpms?

Any thoughts?

It would have to be a custom made billet. You can not move the journal that far with a weld up because it would put the oil hole way too far off center.

Not sure about everyone else, but the highest i rev the busa was 12.4k with no issues to date...i did up grade the valve train though....

With only 940cc you would have to rev it high to get the power, even with a blower.

More boost is not the efficient answer to more power.
