Hey Stunnah, keep your head up! Stay focused and just worry about getting healthy again. You know everyone on the board is pulling for you!

That smiley would be some cool/funny chit.

Stunnah, man that sucks. I'm sure you'll get it all lined out and be the same stunnah you were two months ago. Then Cache can add some more weights to the bar for ya.

And whoever said you picked the right time of year for it to happen.. is right on.

Imagine how much more crappy it would have been if this was late april.. instead of the middle of winter.

I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT WENT TO SEE STUNNAH YESTERDAY AND I WANT YA'LL TO KNOW THAT I'M WORRIED ABOUT HIM.

HE CALLED ME AT WORK AND LEFT ME A MESSAGE THAT HE NEEDED TO TALK TO ME. I CALLED HIM BACK AND HE GAVE ME THE BAD NEWS ABOUT HIS BACK. I FIGURE THAT I'D GO OVER TO HIS HOUSE AND TAKE HIM A LITTLE SOMETHING TO MAKE TO MAKE HIM FEEL BETTER. (I took him a loaf of bread and 3 pounds of bacon. He likes to eat bacon sandwiches with his crown but don't tell him I told ya). LET ME TELL YA'LL, STUNNAH DIDN'T EVEN GET OUT OF THE BED. IT WAS LIKE THE NEWS HE GOT JUST MADE HIS BACK FEEL 3 TIMES WORSE (mentally). I WENT BACK INTO HIS ROOM AND HE WAS LYING ON THE BED EATING PRINGLES.

NOW I'M NOT WORRIED ABOUT HIS BACK. I KNOW THAT WILL BE OK. BUT STUNNAH HAS BEEN IN THE GYM EVERYDAY FOR THE LAST 9 MONTHS OR SO. HE WANTS TO BE LIKE WHOA AND LOOK AS GOOD AS I RIDE. I'M JUST WORRIED THAT STUNNAH IS GOING TO LYE IN THE BED FOR THE NEXT 2 MONTHS EATING PRINGLES AND DRINKING YAHOO AND LOSE ALL OF THE GAINS THAT HE HAS MADE OVER THE PAST MONTHS.

Does anyone know how Stunnah hurt his back...sounds like some serios inuries.

Anyway, I know that he will be OK. Working out gets into your blood and muscle has memory. He just needs to focus on fixing the back and at least ry not to get too fat. Then 2-weeks in the gym, and he will be back.

Stunnah you know we are all pulling for you. You'll be up and running/riding in no time.

Sorry to hear of your back injuries Stunnah. I am sure these will heal, just take it a bit easy to let some healin' happen. Maybe take a trip Vegas, we know all about healin'!!!

Doc

Stunnah, focus on the future what you wanna do & how you are going to get there. Please get second & 3rd opinions about your back prior to surgery. And finally know we are all pulling for ya.

Stunnah,

Every thing will be fine if you just follow your physical therypists instructions to the letter. The father-in-law had surgery 6 or 7 years ago for something similar. He is good to go as long as he does his excercises and stretches as instructions stated. He is very physicaly active.

For right now just get in and get done what needs to be done. You will be back on the bike in no time.

Steve
