+Stroke dual torque peak

Can anyone explain to me why on a stroked motor the torque curve resembles the two hump on a camel? My peak torque is almost at two points on my dyno sheet... What's the best approach to try and raise the little valley between the two peaks???

unfortunatly I won't have the real/complete dyno graph until sometime next week. I only have a quick faxed version. The torque curve peaks @ 7250 then valley's out @ 8000 and then climbs back up @ 87500... it's about a little less then a 10 ft-lb drop but I'm just curious as to why this twin peak occurence is with strokers...
