what is the quickest fix.Let the service mgr from my dealership service my bike and found out he stripped it.can't get hold of him.

thats grimy. Dont have them service it and blame them if you stripped it thats nit right. If in fact you stripped it you can retap it a little bigger but seeing if u stripped it i would have someone else do this.

dude, you posting the same question all around Busa boards...

I`ll repeat then...

Dealer own you an apology and new oil pan.

Plan B is going to autoparts store and buy +1 plug, they have special plugs just for that purpose.

In addition... Busa Oil pan cost around $30 on E-bay.

oversize plug is the fastest... but I would certainly contact them first...

sorry this was not up when I hit post....

ok sorry i read that wrong... just get a bigger plug like a stated and have it rethreaded very easy to do.

PepBoys have +1 +1.25 +1.5.... You don`t have to retread it. it`s self treading plugs.
I`d buy all 3 sises and go with smallest first. And flush your engine after you done that. Just make sure no aluminum left inside.

Don`t ask how I know that... I fixed it like that and changed oil many times after that without any problems.
