Stretch Brackets or Stretch Bar

Soooo I'm still new to the busa game and I'm not sure wat would be best to go with for my 2005! What would b more reliable the bracket or the bar? Also it's just for a 6" stretch...

Either will be fine. The bracket is pretty much just a bar eliminator to clean up the rear a little. Both serve same purpose as to hold the caliper/bracket in place.
