Stock H2 SXE TOP SPEED

I read the SXE is less hp than the SE and add the drag from a bigger windshield and maybe bags and it would be working to achieve it's top speed I reckon.
As soon as anyone reads 'H2" they automatically think H2R which isn't a street legal bike. I always read on forums or YouTube comments on how the H2R reigns supreme over all....but a person can't buy it to ride on the street and the H2 SE isn't a whole lot faster than a Busa if the Busa's ECU is flashed.
If Suzuki puts their mind to getting back into the dominance race, they would certainly make a go of it.

I can hit 181 gps with bags 
192 with GIANT touring screen no bags. Could probably do more with bags but let's say 181 with bags would make most riders question why am I doing this
