Squeaking around the steering head?

In the last month or so I have noticed something that gets worse each ride. I heard this horrible squeaking noise... Its coming from up around the steering head I think. But I can't reproduce the squeak while its parked. I can push down on the handlebars, move them back and forth, and do anything else, but it will not so much as make a peep. While riding, I can easily reproduce the squeak by cruising in the neighborhood and purposely hitting bad spots in the road like little potholes etc. and it squeaks like mad. I know something needs to be lubed, but not sure what?

Particulars... 2002 BUSA, 10,500 miles. Problems... So, i've got this noticeable side-to-side vibration at different speeds, very noticeable if i speed up to about 60mph, let go of the bars and let it deccelerate and just watch it. It gets bad. Also, any speeds above 110 on my speedo i can feel...

Just a guess but time to lube mighta past by now. Replace bearings. I have never packed my steering neck bearings and no noise but the 14 with over 50k on it probably will need new bearings.

JEEZE I gotta get on this maintenance! Perfect excuse to buy a fresh new bike with nothing needing to be replaced! 2020 S1000rr is on my mind.
