Sprocket/chain wearing strange

I am having an issue. I installed an extended arm, it did not have referrence marks, so I am guessing its close. Here is the issue, my new aluminum sprocket looks like the chain is chafing it. I think it is from mis-alignment but not sure. Any thoughts?? Whats the best way to check it. None of my other aluminum sprockets prior to the arm change did this.

Was the arm really for a Busa? I bought Marchesini wheels that were suppost to be bolt on for the Busa. I had to mod the spacers. The wheels were for a 1000. sounds like a slight spacer adjustment. Sorry, all I got.

Put a steel bar through the swing arm pivot bolt and the axle and measure the distance in between on each side. That will put the wheel straight in the swingarm. Getting it to track straight... that's another story.
