Sportech V-Flow Series Windscreen

I am looking at getting one of the V-Flow Series Windscreens from Sportech because it is the only chrome windscreen I have found. I have searched the and found the references to the melting gauge clusters and that one solution is to paint the inside. What I would like to know from others that have the Sportech is how loud it is at highway speed, how well does it deflect the wind, etc. I'm 6'7 and at highway speeds the wind off the screen beats me up pretty good. After about 50 miles, I'm ready to pull over just to get a break.

Also if anyone knows how to give another screen the chrome look, that information would be helpful.

I don't have the V-flow.  But here's my sportech. the inside is painted black, so no sun problems. Can't tuck below it which sucks when your try'n to get your roll on
