I am wanting to put a 99-2000 busa speedometer guage and tach in my 04 busa and i need to know how to caliberate the speedometer to read correct and i am geared so any help would be appreciated thanks.

Also, all I did was swap the face plates on the instrument cluster. That way you get to keep your bike's mileage. Use 2 spoons to pry the needles off carefully, swap the face plates, push the needle back on exactly as it was pointing when you took it off. Then you can add a speedohealer if you want to make it accurate.
