Speedo healer problems??

Hello, I was trying to find a thread to trouble shoot the problem but no such luck so I need some help. I purchased a speeod healer from a forum member a couple weeks ago. Its for a 99-07 busa, its the speedo healer that is the black box with the 6 switches. My issue is when I hook the speedo healer up there is a red light that blinks so I know power is getting to the box but my speedometer and my gear position indicator no longer works. The rest of my gauges on my dash operate while the speedo is hooked up but my speedometer will not work and my GPI just contiunally rolls and will not display a gear. When I unplug the speedo my speedometer and my GPI works again? Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so what should i do? He didnt send me the original instructions with it so based on the instructions he did send me I have no way to trouble shoot it. Thanks

#1, that's really old, we're likely talking 6-7 years ago that the Speedohealer V1 has been out of production.

You can contact the manufacture direct: HealTech Electronics Ltd. - Makers of the SpeedoHealer, GIpro, X-TRE, FI Tuner Pro, Brake Light Pro, MM5, OBD Tool
...is likely the best way to go.
