Thinking of buying a c50 Speedcheetah gps, and just phoned the people who make it.
They said it's made for a car really because it is not waterproof. It runs off the car lighter, but there is a hard wire kit for it and he said he could fit a switch on it so it would not drain the battery.
I'm sure I could fit a switch to it myself but what switch should I use and is there a better way to do it.
I've already got a tomtom urban rider but I don't want to pay for speed camera updates every year. With the speedcheetah I could just pay one off cost for lifetime updates.
I know Pashnit did a thread on it.
