speed-o-healer on 2008 setting

Guys - just a wild shot here - but does anyone have an '08 with 17/45 sprockets and a speed-o-healer?? if so, what setting did you load - I don't have GPS so have estimated need to load about -19.5 (with stock sprockets, speed error was about 10% not the 5% the speed-o-healer folks like to use in their estimator) - any thoughts would be appreciated so I don't have to do a lot of trial and error - thanks
