spark plugs why?

is this normal? this is my second set of spark plugs in less than 2 weeks. i hope is nothing wrong with the engine and all the bike need is a good tune up (dyno)

what map are you using? the BDE-027B-G3.map

I'm using this map from brock
2002-06 BUSA: Gen3/Smeg: -027D-PC3R :Stock Engine-PUMP GAS/Increased Fuel.
I also have this one.

when the spark plugs get like that is better to put new one or they can be clean? like I said before this one is my second set and they are not cheap. thanks
