yes John . So the open area should face the seat , and 90 degree elbow should face exhaust header

Thank you , but credit goes to the Old racers past . I learned of this from a small block chevy tuning book about mid 90's , but the book was already 20 plus years old .

This is a link but the book I had was far older .

Hi. 2012 Busa. want to use Motul oil, K & N oil filter K&N air filter and E3 spark plugs. any reason to use something else? Also first time changing spark plugs, any hint will be appreciated. In the near future I am planning on getting M4 slip ons, any place where I can get them at a good...

Red the E3 is a copy of NGK with a dual electrode , but the added 3 with a umbrella design . By have more than one you create multiple places for a spark to jump . ( sharp edges are best ) this makes a plug last longer , and give better combustion by hotter spark . Once the electrode , and ground get dull the spark is weaker . This means a for less combustion or total power . NGK , and many other makers now use iridium materials that last longer with better edges that last to . So the need for multiple grounding arms are not needed .

The HD video link of more power is more from a new plug not so much a E3 plug . I would bet a new OEM plug would of netted the same minor gain in power seen on the green graph line .

Anyone remember the old Split fire plugs ? I use to make my own with a saw , and file out of a stranded plug. Then index them to boot

Hi. That was a another great vid. I was using indexing from 1973 on my SCCA F 5000 Lola. I stared working on motors in 1963. I am glad you did not get hurt in the crash.
