I dont work there, But I bought my Busa there for a whole lot more.
YES it includes everything I just went in and did some B.S.ing see whats up and asked why do you have so many busa's, they said they are selling them for $10,000 out the door. I said I knew of a few bulliten boards that had guys on them looking for new busa's, I said I would pass it along.
