SOS Priority Plus Lighting Module

I saw this on a friend's bike.  This module wires in to your rear turn signal and brake lights.  It not only turns your turn signals into running lights, but strobes the turn signal lights when you are braking.  Not only does it look cool, it really helps rearward visibility under braking.  Does anyone know where I might find this??  I checked ronayers.com, denniskirk.com, and my local suzuki dealer and nobody carries this.  If you have any input or know where I might find it, please help!  Thanks!
