The KC area was again pounded by storms this evening. As they started to form, I was able to get some pics...then the rain started... It's still going on now; over 2 1/2 inches of rain so far!

Lightning even struck a storage tank at a fuel depot in KC. It's been burning all night: Linky

The rain started then the hail. These are about pea - to marble size

those are some wild pics i took a few cool ones a few days ago we got golf ball sized hail and it thrashed my buddies brand new bmw 3 series will have to find when i get home

Who knows... 'Industry analysts' were interviewed last night and they were saying that it should not affect gas prices (yeah, right! They'll use *any* excuse to raise prices!).

The local news was calculating that close to $10 million in unleaded gas went up last night!

cool pics...glad i fueled up last night, it was "down" to $4.28/gallon
