I just got home from Home Depot to get my lawnmower blade attachment for my Dremel that I mentioned in another thread. I get home and go to put the bike on ths stands and see this:

My heart skipped a beat. AT first I thought some shid leaked on it or something was spilled on it but after rubbing my hand on it and the underside of it it's cracked through and through. I always park with the steering locked so some dishbag in an suv or someshite musta backed into me. I don't understand this world we live in today. How people have no consideration for other people. I work my A$$ off and have to ride a damaged piece of crap because I don't have money to get this fixed but the fugger that hit me gets to go home, relax, not have a care in the world. I called Home Depot and their security cameras only get as far as the edge of their sidewalk. This is 2 times in 2 years I'm a victim of a hit and run. WHen I got my Saturn Ion it was 2 weeks old, had 400 miles on it and I took my wife to Mohegan Sun to see a concert and the next morning realized that there was $2500 worth of damage to the front end of my brand new car. Their cameras didn't see anything either. I hope these inconsiderate f*cks get a$$ cancer.

Sorry to hear about that.

There is a bright side in that the whole bike didn't go over. From those pics it looks like you have an almost perfect circle in a small area, possible some jealous douchebag hit it with something on purpose.

Can't have anything nice in this world and that's why I bought a 20 year old scooter to do Home Depot and WallyWorld runs. No worries about coming out and finding some puke in an SUV ran it over and drove away...Murphy's law in that the new vehicle will be the one to get hit while nothing bad will ever happen to the old beater.

What comes around goes around. You have to pay for all the things you do in this world. Their time will come.....

I feel your pain. I'm a firm believer of Karma. I'm sure that Fugga will get what he/she deserves.

Been thinking this could be a good investment. Besides filming "fun" rides, catching road rage incidents or left on record while parked.

http://www.themotocam.com/

setup right this could be a great help in such bs incidents like this.

I bet the driver didn't even realize they hit your bike, cause their cell phone conversation took priority.

So Sorry To Hear It happened to a Member......
Like that too.

But, In New England

I mean anywhere.....
The Stop and Shop
Home Depot
Christmas Tree Shops
Ocean State Job Lot
Any other large chain parking lot you can think off, stripmall or buisness
There are always benches somewhere up on the sidewalk, where the employees all smoke.
Usually near a soda machine, where you can tuck your bike behind.
I rarely use the lined parking lots.
I mean I don't pull up and park in front of the main door or Fire lines or anything but,
Call me selfish or what ever else you want.
I do it and nobody ever says a word about it to me.
In closure Bikes are like small children, they need to be watched at all times.
I'm born and Breed New Englander we have to be smarter than the average Joe in these parts.

We own, ride, and maintain Busa's the best bikes on the planet, we can certainly park them wherever we want within reason.

dont know what insurance you have but on farm bureau in a case of hit and run you only have to pay half the deductible and it doesnt increase your rates
