just wondering when we are going to see the interview with the hero pilot and the crew of the plane went down on hudson river, a week pass by and they told him to stay quiet!???
they found out that the plane had engine problem few days before. i guess they are trying to figure it out if it was bird or engine problem.
they located the missing engine today.
it was in news that they paid each passenger $5k.

OK I hurling throught he air at 1 million miles and hour towards a flock of geese. I sure as heck would hope that both engines go out at the same time when I hit them. Or I would have a real problem.

Maybe he's a little tired of giving interviews at present.

they addressed that on the Today show, the Pilot's union wanted it to wait until the preliminary investigation was completed.
They are just doing a CYA for the pilot.

I was there and working when the plane went down, unbelievable landing and all were extremely lucky, and a rare miracle. The plane is in our city and will be escorting the plane to and unknown location as of now,but it will be after midnight and it will be a last minute call so there is no media around and it will be escorted by myself and my unit of motorcycle officers, Im sure it will be cold, I just hope to avoid the icy spots. Ride safe and god bless..

Actually, losing just one, would be no issue at all. Losing them both at different times would be no big deal either.

ALPA (Airline Pilots Association) and the company atty will want everything to be kept confidential until the investigation report has been completed. All of the interviews will be watched by the FAA and the NTSB. The interviewee might say something that was not in a report and then be help accountable for withholding information about a crash.
