I like the smoked ones but they are hard to see, and the last thing you want is not to be seen when you are hitting the brakes.

+1 I like mine smoked but then my brake light is super bright and flashes.

the lights on pictures are just the parking lights, a lot brighter when the brakes are on, blinkers are brighter, but kinda look like crap when flashing.

Normally would say the smoke, but the clear give a much better display of the lights. If you got an LED board for that smoke lens it would be very nice.
