Smart people needed: How to change my signature line to include hyper link...

I have tried various coding schemes to change my signature such that the link on how to receive the traveling cookie jar to read as an active hyper link..."COOKIES". A pinned thread in Random Thoughts.

But I can not figure out the coding sequence. Every tag I write seems to just post the code and not a hyper link and then nothing works.

This is what I have:

With COOKIES being the hyper link.
