Small airbox mod

So, i'm pretty sure i know what to cut out... Which hole needs to be plugged up??? (i see three)
And what do you do with the hose thereafter???

also, i have a PC3 and stubby pipes, no muffler... will this be an issue???

this should help a bit...when I did it I did not get a tune right away...I did not have any issues...I did the pair removal at the same time.
