Hi i want to add a slave support but don't know wht type to go with for my 2009.
Can anyone who has installed this chime in.

The Exotic cycle version goes completely over the slave cylinder, and is solid. The cheaper "C" type of clamp can flex, which is not what you want, especially with stout springs. POWERHOUSE keeps both flavors in stock for both the Gen 1 and Gen 2 . . .

If you have a modded ride that's producing enough HP to require heavier clutch springs they're good, the factory one can crack and the heavy duty ones will help prevent engine damage if the chain breaks

The Exoticycle slave support - properly installed - will prevent the countersprocket cover from cracking.

If you have stock clutch springs don't worry about it.

It could still protect your engine case in the event that the chain snapped. Personal decision. I've got about 120K miles on two Busa's and have never had this issue and I like to ride hard and replace my own chains.
