Simple ride height question for the gurus

I'm in the process of getting a 2003 back on the road after it was partially converted to a show bike. I fitted the forks yesterday and after getting it off the stands, I realize that it must have been lowered.

I'm quite happy to go back to OEM height, I've attached pictures of both the lowering link on the rear and the placement of the front forks in the triple tree.

What I'd like to know is;
1. Where should the front forks be height-wise for OEM height and
2. If I move the lowering link to the hole in the end of the bar, do you think that this will get me back close to OEM height.

fork tube at the top of the clamp and rear links should be in the 1st hole[shorten the link]

OK on rear,
for the front, I assume then that they are about in the right place, they shouldn't protrude into the chrome triple tree cover ?

Yes the front is at stock height.With that large pic I can see what you have,it's good.
