Side saddle bags any help

I want to buy a set of the side saddle bags for my Busa. The wife and I want to take some trips and wonder if anyone has used these and if it works with a rider on the back? I was thinking I could strap them down and then put the rear seat on. I looks like there is plenty of legroom for the passenger.

Any comments?

Saddle bags are great for trips and keeps the pillion from being the luggage rack. If you use soft bags, put you some blue painters tape on the rear of the bike to protect the paint. I learned the hard way.

I have the soft Nelson- Riggs, they go on and come off with a snap. I love them.
