Should I worry about this?

So I pulled the air box off today to get to the fuel injectors because I'm getting them cleaned, I'm also changing the plugs and replacing the fuel pump then I'm gonna sync the t-bodies and take her down to the Dyno for a new fuel map. Then I noticed some coking inside the throttle bodies so I look a little deeper and then I saw this! Just past the butterfly looking down through the throttle body I see black carbon encrusted valves.

Is this a real bad thing? Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do? I don't know if Techron will clean this?
I'll try to attach a photo. Don't know if this will work.

Thanks stlbusarider, I have read about seafoam I also went to the website to review this product but they don't give much info. I also have seen something called BG44 or BK44 ? I can't remember the name. I have to do some searching. I'm still kinda freaked out about this
