Shorty can for '07 sv650s ??

My friend Shelley is lookin for a good slip-on for her 2007 SV650s. She kinda wants a shorty can but not super important. Please post up your advice and or pics

Check Dale Walker HoleShot performance, he makes a very nice high pipe and he carries the 14 inchers.

Buy what you like and cut it to the length you want. Shortening mufflers is easy

Shortening via rivet seems lame and not as "clean" as the weld tho :-(

Most mufflers have rivets for repacking reasons.

I'm gonna try & steer her to the Hole Shot high mount. I love the look, got a medium length can and an excellent sound. Depends on what she thinks tho

As STevoVIII said, the rivets are there for repacking reasons, and most mufflers are made this way. What's lame or not clean about cutting a riveted muffler? When done right you can't ever tell it was even done.
This pair was damaged by overtightened brackets, so I just cut that part out. The cut end is identical to as before, and if you didn't know it had been cut, you could never tell.
I thought you claimed to be Macgyver anyway????
