severe flooding after 6000 RPM

my 2000 busa has a 2007 engine bike has been running great till a backfire then after that it would not idle at 1150 rpm or run clean up to 5000 RPM. changed the fuel pressure regulator and now it idles smooth and run great up to 6000 RPM. but after 6000 RPM's it totally floods out and backfires with raw fuel in the tail pipe. i have changed throttle bodies TPS sensor and plugs. kind of at a stand still can someone plz help.

could it be the fuel pump?

when i hear of fuel injected vehicles flooding... the first thing i think is ecu.

fuel pressure is correct?

pull your spark plugs to determine if condition is across all cylinders.

put a new pump on it .has about 42.3 psi i know its supposed to have 43 psi. just not sure if thats close enough.
