Very true! I went to the gun show a few months ago....almost bought a five seven but when I went to see prices on ammo, i found out quick why the gun prices were cheaper than ever....no AMMO! Well let me rephrase, one vendor had ammo and wanted $70 a case!?!

I think you'd get more fun and use out of a Kel-Tec pmr30.
Ammo is much more easy to find.
