Daniel, It has been a while, but I figured out how to program one with the instructions from a TPRS-002.

Thanks ryan,I think it is fault,wired it up just like it says and the tps input using a wide open throttle switch it lights up soon as powered up and trickles solenoids glad no nos or fuel was on...I wonder if they had issues like this is why they quit making it...
