Congrats strk00. I've been unemployed all year but am beginning my new job on Monday too. And not moment too soon since I'm running low on cigars and fishing tackle.

I was out of work since May and just started a new job last Monday. It drove me nuts having that much free time on my hands. I never would have lasted 2 years.

I am going nuts and sometimes taking it out on my wife. Partially by choice because I am taking this opportunity to go to school full-time to get my MBA.

I looked for another job for 9 months when I finally gave up and started school. I still have one year to go.

Give me a couple weeks, things are just so uncertain right now. I want to get my REI business going and I feel this would be a great area to also expand. I'll let you know how things look to see if I can make it out there in time.
