Rusty mid pipe

I just bought a new Yosh RS3 full exhaust in May. I rode home last night after a light rain my bike was dry when I left work. Roads were about 3\4 dry. About an hour after I got home I noticed rust on the pipe connecting the can to the header. Anyone have this, and what do or would you use to remove this?

never dull swab. a silver can any auto store. works on anything.rust,bugs tar. try it
