I'm learning alot . I'm going to go with one of 2 roofers at this point . Their prices have included a few very cool looking things.

So...the experts can enlighten us....an' the rookies[like me] can learn .

new flashings
he wants to use # 30 felt
electro galvanized nails
gutters cleaned
10 yr labour guarantee

his price....3,760 CDN . Thats about 3000.oo US .

no , my island brother....I have a quote for a thou' cheaper .
No mention of enamled anything....#30 for the strip closest to the gutters...# 15 for the rest . 30 yr shingle .
