Rpm & gear change

Can anyone tell me at what MAX. RPM can we shift gears:

1 to 2
2 to 3
3 to 4
4 to 5
5 to 6

I have a 2002 Hayabusa -NONE RESTRICTED - TRE - Yoshi RS-3.

11,000 is my recommendation for max RPM shifts...

I do not believe 1 & 2 - 2 & 3 - 3 & 4 can be pushed to 11000?

I've done it, not ever time. In aggressive riding, I shift around 9-10k. If I am "putting" around town, I shift around 4-7k....

I think your best times will be shifting around 10700 - 10900.
I pick up about 1-2 tens shifting around there than when I shift around redline.
