Rough running 05

My 05 busa is running as if it is misfiring or not getting adequate fuel.  No trouble codes on computer.  I checked plugs and airbox.  Whats next???  I'm begging for help

Bad gas? Low idle? Need a few more specifics on your ride other than 05... any mods, how many miles... Throw us a bone here!

Thanks for getting back. The only mod is Akropovic cans. The idle is factory [[/i]low. Gas is fine, I filled up with co-rider and he had no problems.

How liong since the throttle bodies were synced?

The TB's have not been sync'd.  It had the 1st service at 1000 and nothing since.  It seems as though an injector is not spraying right.  Ill get on the throttle and it breaks up a little and starts all over again
