Install time approx 15min.

LOL I was thinking the same thing. But at some point you would see that on World's Dumbest Criminals. They would say something like BUT THIS GUY COULD'NT FIGURE OUT WHY THE BIKE WOULD NOT MOVE.

No tax money was spent on the purchase.
We do not use tax money for vehicles.
