I don't think that first one was intentional at all. Seems like the driver wasn't paying attention, realized he drifted into the other lane, then freaked and tried to correct the problem.

The only real issue I find is the music the camera car is listening to.

If it was intentional, I don't think the driver of the truck would have even stopped..
