Damn shame, my heart goes out to his family and loved ones. Just watched a clip of him doing one of the final four sectors at the top on the 2019 Ducati Streetfighter V4 Prototype, he was really moving. Pikes Peak is not know to be forgiving on any errors, shame it went down like it did. Did they say what actually caused the wreck I can't find anything but he was driving faster than any motorcyclist on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd final four sectors, implying he just pushed it too far.
Very sad news , a very gifted , gutsy , capable rider , always enjoyed any of his ride footage , going to be missed .

Back From Pikes Peak | Random Thoughts
Well guys for my first year at racing Pikes Peak I did not do very well. The Quad was running extremely well but my brain would not keep up. here is a few pics of the aftermath. I came out ok a few bruised ribs and a really sore left heal but other than that I don't have any major injuries. so...
