Rider down, son of a friend.

Authorities ID motorcyclist in fatal crash at Military Trail and 10th Ave. N


He was the son of one of my wife's friends. Approx a month ago his mom took away his motorcycle out of fear he was going to get hurt. Yesterday he borrowed a friends bike. Needless to say I've been dealing with the 'please sell your bike' requests all morning.

To give you an idea, military trail is six lanes, three north and three south with large median and turn lane in the middle. Article pretty much leads you to see what happened.

Thoughts and prayers. So sorry to hear. Very good friend of mine at work lost his son about 6 months ago (on an R1) and we talk often. Tough thing to deal with.
